I spoke to EA live chat about the ongoing issue with not recieveing game access
As far as my experience goes, people saying speaking to a live agent helps get access to the game, this is false, I've just finished a rather lengthy chat with one of these agents about the issue andto sum up, I was told the following
"I would like to inform you that in normal scenario usually these thing does not happen. I have also checked this with my team and I am going to record the issue as bug to our game team. Our team will investigate the bug and will fix it ASAP if there is any issue on our end."
This was really the only proper piece of info I was given, other than that, the only other advice given was to "make a post on the forums and wait"
No matter how many times I pleaded that I and MANY others have been waiting over 2 days now and the bare minimum we would like is some basic communication and a simple update from the ea/skate team, this was again met with "just wait"
So yeah this is my experience with the live chat, I hope this helps anyone thinking about trying the chat themselves for answers, because I pretty much got none
