I still cant access the playtest but im getting emails like I have access

I am getting all the emails and im in the survey but I think the playtesting site is broken for me. Its asked me to take the survey 20 or so times but never actually updates. My friend got in and got a code and it says I should have access but I havent received any code

I am in the same position, I received the email with instructions on how to play and about 12 hours have elapsed since then.
That, and when I attempt to click the link in the email for the private skate. Playtesting forums, I am told that my access is denied.
I can try and wait another 12 hours, I suppose.
