I've recieved my game download code but don't have access to the playtest forum

The link in the email I recieved with the game download brings me here and I get a notification in the corner saying access denied or forum doesn't exist. My ea account is linked to the correct PSN. ...

Having the same issue on my ps5 I put in the code and it it popped up as the closed alpha then it said code is redeemed already
