Missing outfit

I logged in to Skate. and went to change my outfit from the wraith costume to the bone core shirt then checked my outfits and the only thing I spent real money on in this game was gone. I restarted my game and nothing changed. I still have my other 4 outfits. Just not the wraith costume. This is frustrating. Why the one thing I spent real money on? It’s not like the outfit itself cost money. Just the SAN van bucks. Should I report this as a bug? I’m on PC

Side note: every time I start my game, when I join a server it loads with really bad video quality until I change the window mode from fullscreen to borderless fullscreen or vice versa. Changing between them makes no difference for what my screen looks like but it does fix the video quality.
