mistaken purchase of "tix"

I was button mashing clearing out the catalog in skate. and thought I had enough tix to buy everything, but next thing I knew it went into a page and wasted my SV bux and bought more tix which I didn't want.

Is there a way to get a refund? I have a screen recording of this.

Or is there pretty much no humans on the other end able to help?

    just wanted to add this has totally soured my attitude towards the game. I would at least log in to knock out daily/weekly challenges every day pretty much, but now I haven't even wanted to play since this happened a few days ago and not being able to reach anyone at EA. 😐
