My friend's playtests dissapeared from "Your playtests"

Hey,

So I was selected for the March 11th playtest and I added 3 emails for my friends. They opened the link for the survey, signed in, but nothing happened. It just redirected to the EA portal and the "Your playtests" area is EMPTY.

Is there a fix for this?
