No one will respond to any of my emails, who do I talk to?

I was invited to playtest in the first round of console invites and since then I have needed a new code since I can't use the one that was sent to me. I have sent a LOT of emails to the support email provided in the initial invitation asking for a new download code and have not received a single reply or even an automatic reply to any of my emails. How can I get in contact with someone to resolve this?
