No Quests on PC / No Throwdowns or Replays.

Im stuck on (MAIN | STEP INTO THE SLAM) I'm on part 1/7, I showed up to the slam location and there's no interact, and my quest list is empty aside from this quest. I also have an issue where the throwdown and replay option are greyed out.
