Old PS3/PS4 PSN Username Appearing In Beta Test Instead of PS5 PSN Username

I am currently playing on the PS5. Redeemed my beta playtest code on my PS5 account. My old PSN ID (from PS3/PS4) is appearing in-game, instead of my PS5 PSN ID. When filling out the application to get access to the beta, I made sure to attach my PS5 PSN ID to it. My PS5 PSN ID and old PSN ID appear to be linked to my EA account. I, however, have no option to unlink my old PSN ID from my EA account whenever I go into my EA account settings. I also don't know if unlinking my old PSN ID from my account would remove my access to the beta test. I am having issues contacting EA support, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
