Piercing sound on start up screen

Hello! Just wanted to report a bug Ive been experiencing since early access released. Every time I start the game, on the load up screen where it says “skate.” in white letters with the screen grey, makes a loud piercing sound identical to when you pause the game. It hurts my ears due to my sound bar.
