Playtest Rewards Question

I see on the skate. insider site that there are exclusive in-game rewards for those who are chosen to playtest the game. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if those rewards will be linked to EA account or to the console that is hypothetically playtested on? The answer might change what console I try to sign up with. Thanks!
