PS5 - Code worked then "Can't Find Item" and now code "has already been used"

I typed in my code on PS5, saw the options for PS4/PS5 playtest download, selected PS5, then got "Can't find item" and could only click ok, tried typing the code in again and got "already been used" and no download going, no playtest in library. Anyone else have this same scenario? I was able to get it on EA app on my laptop but it's not equipped to run games, I signed up for PS5.
