Ps5 Playtest issues

Hello, I’m really confused and could use some help. Like many others, I’ve been having issues, and now I’m unsure if I’m even part of the current playtest.

I received an email and a survey, which I filled out. Afterward, I assumed I was accepted because it appeared in my Upcoming Playtest Sessions schedule. However, when the playtest was supposed to start, I didn’t get any notification. I ended up having to queue twice, only to be redirected to Battlefield Labs repeatedly .

After all that and a long frustrating break,I finally got access to the playtest page, but now the current playtest has disappeared. What did I do wrong? Do I no longer have access?
