Question regarding micro-transactions in playtest

I hope this is the appropriate forum for this question.. When it comes to items we purchase within the playtest, I would imagine we do not keep these when the game launches? If that's the case, are we issued refunds? I know this is addressed somewhere, but can't seem to find where.
