Hello, I have exactly the same problem. I wanted to participate in the test with my PS5, but I received a code for my Xbox. Is there any way to fix this? If not, it's not too bad, since I still have an Xbox One X in case of emergency.

I am in a similar position. I am open to play on either PS5 or PC, but I was given an Xbox code.

I was also given the pc version even though I signed up on PS5 can someone please help??

You don't get a code for PC.  It just shows up in your EA games APP.
I received PC access when Preference is PS5.  Possible for re-assignment to console support?

me too, i have the game in ea app and also a xbox code, but i set preference on ps4

I have the same problem. I put my preference on ps4 and got the playtest on pc. I don't know how to resolve this.

Same signed up for pc and xbox my pc is old and not working now want to play on my console bought alot of SV bucks :/

mine was the complete opposite, i selected Xbox as my platform, yet they send me a PS5 code, let me know if you get an update from emailing them about it

Same here, got sent a code at 3 am, so exited to open it up and then bang it says the code is a playstation code. i’ve been on xbox my whole life there is absolutely no reason I would’ve clicked anything other than that in the register. emailed the support, fingers crossed that EA doesn’t pull an EA here.

similar position. Got Nintendo switch 2 ea fc 26 closed beta invite even though I've only got ps5 as preference 

Does anyone know if exchanging codes for the different platform works?

I have PS and XBOX codes but no PC code, also no playtest access in the EA playtest app, but I got codes for console, sooo...
