redeem code not working, ps5 not showing download
I've entered my redeem code on ps5 but its not showing up on downloads

It's not in downloads.. I forget what it's called be going to the area where you download PSN games . The area where your games are stored that aren't downloaded. For instance the free PSN games we get every month I always get them but I don't download them and they get stored into that area. Along with all the other games that I've already played but deleted off of my system they're always there in the cloud ready to be downloaded
that's where the game is
It will be under your library on the PS main menu
