Skate CPT not in EA library

Question

As other threads have said before I have gotten the email from EA saying that I can download and play the playtest from now until the early access release of the game but when I check my library to download it there is no Skate CPT.

I've tried logging out and logging back in, deleting EA app and reinstalling it, checking another EA account (even though I am signing into the right account), clearing the cache using the App Recovery and even sending out an email to EA support (still no answer)

Seems a lot of people are having this issue but I wanted to open another thread on this issue to see if anyone found an actual fix or at least EA will see the amount of threads regarding this issue and will launch some sort of fix.

in the same position, i even had my buddy who was able to download the game and try to send me a copy but when i try to run skate it says i dont have permission.

My friend who invited me has it, but I still do not have access. I'll just wait for it to come out, at this point.

Same, ive checked my account and connections and its linked properly. Nothing in Library and the psn code to redeem says its incorrect or no longer valid when i try to redeem.&nbsp;
