Skate CPT Not Launching After Closing Due to Matience

Hello, I don't know if this has happened for anyone else but I got home and I launched the CPT due to the matience issue it had me quit ( obvisously ) now i do have patience when it come to playtesting tho don't know it won't launch when i quit out of it and tried to launch it again it doesn't even let me open it. Thanks for looking and let me know if this is happening for other people or not.
