skate. insider survey issues

While I was looking through my emails a few days ago, I came across a link for the signup play testing between March 11th and Early Access. This was 2 days ago now.
For some reason the form wouldn’t work for me at all and I couldn’t sign up, I had the same issue yesterday and couldn’t be bothered as I worked all day. 

Today was different story but the survey kept saying: “This application encountered an error”. I just assumed I could try again tomorrow since it was the day of the release, wouldn’t hurt. It’s now been 7 hours since I’ve even tried to use the form and apparently it closed at 2PM.

I’ve been trying to play for about a year now and there never seems to be any sort of announcement to help at least guide players who aren’t constantly monitoring updates, sorry.

Can anyone help? I just want to be able to play the playtest over my break.
