Skate. Playtest Error# 480232561

Hello,

I am reaching out today because I received an invitation for the Skate beta playtest at my email address. I downloaded and installed the game, but all I get is Error# 480232561. I checked my EA account and saw that my PSN account is not linked. I understand that my PSN is linked to an old EA account from 10 years ago. Yesterday, I contacted EA Support, and they removed my old email and linked my current EA account to my PSN with the correct email address. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I am still getting the same error message. I saw that many people online had the same issue and were able to resolve it with customer support. Would it be possible to help me fix this? Thank you!
