had this exact same issue and found other threads about it. one of my friends took just a few minutes to respond and when i went back to put in the third email, the survey was gone and on my account it simply said i was accepted and couldn't complete it. i reached out to these friends, got em hyped to play when it starts and then had to tell all of them, "welp my bad nevermind." I'm sure it's happened for a ton of people; really hope they do something about this for everyone affected.
