I received a email on 5 march saying that I have received acess to the playtest on 11 march, but im still waiting since yesterday for a code or email, I still don't find anything about the playtest, i check my junk and it isn't there, so I have searched in this forum for some people that had the same issue I did, and in some cases they receive the game in EA App Library, but i saw mine Library and It isn't there too, I got accepted
Literally 5 days later and I got no reply, my problem still have no solution and all the EA help said to me was that they were aware of this problem and the person that talked to me sent a ticket to the main team to solve it, but I still have no clue to when I will be able to play the playtest, or if I will receive the game during this playtest, I just want some transparency about that
i was a few days late to awnser the gmail or do the servey i think i missed it.. i chose my console of choise tho...
i got the same gmail, iv been trying to get ahold off ea support but seems impossible to do..
ea support cant do anything, they said to me that they don't have the capability to distribute codes for someone, and said that I needed to post on this forum and wait for a reply

Did you guys look in your EA launcher. I never received a code the game just appeard under Skate CPT
I did, i have not received the game in my EA App, my friend received the game in the library but I didnt

Hi! i had a similar experience i got the email saying i was on the playtest on my personal email and didn't receive download instructions, until i checked and my EA account was under another email.
Check the email that is linked to your EA account if you have not already!

Yeahh I signed up on March 8th and with almost no real information out there, but I'm not even that far into the process. Although I swear I've registered in like 3 previous dates but don't have the corresponding emails lol
