Skate. Possible to get the playtest for two different consoles?

So I just joined the playtest for skate. and selected Xbox One as my console of choice. Is there any way to add my PC as a device for playtesting? I'm not sure my old Xboxe One S will be  able to handle the very well.

Or will the game perhaps be available via the Xbox app on PC? Usually you can play the same games on Xbox as on PC. 

Really looking forward to it either way!
