Still getting ps5 error after checking the correct linked account

Hi ea, I was talking to a member of the Ea help team and they told me to post my issue here, I signed up for the play test and recieved a code to redeem on the ps5, but when I try load the game I keep getting an error code. I saw an update that said it's due to the linked account but I have triple checked it and they are linked correctly to each other, I even went on EA fc 24 to test and the accounts work fine together, im not sure what else to do, my network connection is fast too, please help me resolve as I would really like to try the playtest
