Still no Skate CPT in my ea app and no email with instructions

I have it in my EA app, but no email... I signed up for ps4

Same here. Receiving all other emails too about maintenance and everything, but when I click any links to the forum, it says I don't have access, and any links to the playtesting hub just have me do the survey over and over. But no email instructions, nothing in my library.
