Stuck on a story mission tour 3 with slappy

Stuck on tour 3 , modifying your grabs  step 1  and when I complete the grabs and mission it gets stuck on a loop still showing to complete step 1 I've already did  this mission over 30 times , restarted the game multiple times , and even Uninstalled it twice and waited for first fresh update and still continue to not progress to the next step.
