Yup, talking to support has pretty much gotten me "If it is a glitch on our end, it's been reported, stay patient to see if it gets fixed"
Talking about their limitations in most situations pretty much sounds like.. their help is there to make you think you got help by talking to someone.. when in reality they can't do much and only have selective things they can say.
