Unable to invite friends

ive played on both the playstation and pc playtest now and on both im having an issue inviting friends. They appear offline in the game and it wont let me invite. Anyone else having this issue?

Purchased Vans “off the wall” bundle
So I just purchased the Vans “off the wall” bundle and I saw that it included the vans sticker but after purchasing I didn’t see it included with the bundle. Is that for a reason?
