What are the numbers plastered all over the screen?

When playing, you have your username as well as “pre-alpha” on the bottom right side, but then all over the screen there’s somewhat translucent numbers that just repeat. Does anyone know what these a...

I’m pretty sure it’s like for if you upload gameplay and break the NDA then those numbers are used to find your account take away you’re playtest.

    Yeah pretty sure that's why they have your username bouncing around round the screen too
