wont let me install the game although i got chosen for the playtest

I got an email that said i was chosen for the next playtest my friend invited me i got like 4 notifications that i need to wait on further instructions but ther never was an email or anthing just a email with the maintance schedule 

all my friends which got the invite from the same linke are able to play the game but in my ea app it wont show up 

i am fuming i had taken a day off yesterday just to play the game and i could not even download it

after this i tried to get help from customer service but it took me 4 hours to get someone to text but the only thing they could give me was an copy paste answer with the same bs in it and said i need to write on the board so i am doing this 

i need hlep man i am waiting for almost 14 years now to play a new skate now i got the chance to playtest it and cant even dowload it its a shame that i have to write on a comunity board and dont get help on time but now i am waiting for someone from ea to respond to it 

it sad for me that i have to jump through a loot hof hoops just to get help for my playtesting issue were i got a entry granted but no i cant even download the game
