i need u to link my gamer tag with my ea account i have been trying it for a week.
i tried to add new persona but it wouldnt let me. it said somthing about it was for older ea games after i didnt p...
I have read several threads of people who I think are having exactly the same problem as I am, and none of the solutions offered work.
Here is what happened. We'll see if others have the same thing going on:
Used an old email to create an Origin account years ago.
Stopped using Origin for a while.
Started using Origin again, updating my email address because I couldn't remember the old one.
Gamertag is not properly associated with the account anymore.
Can't create a new persona with the new email, because when you try to create a new persona, the page is broken.
What I need:
Someone to reconcile my gamertag with my new email address. Or, delete my account and allow me to create a new account completely, which I think would also work.
What I do not need:

You will need to contact a Game Advisor so he or she can see what happened exactly with your account.
Your Gamertag is still linked to the previous email address, but you have a new email address on your EA/Origin account so it does not match anymore.
Tell me what I need to type in to the box to talk to a "game advisor"

Linking a Playstation ID to your EA Account in Skate
If you are having difficulties getting your PlayStation 3 persona linked to your account or you are unable to log in to Skate Reel after selecting your persona, then please try the following steps in order to resolve this problem:
You should now be able to login at www.ea.com/skate/skatereel.jsp using your e-mail address and password in order to view any videos you’ve uploaded. If you do not receive an e-mail after completing Step 6, then please submit a customer support request by using the Contact Us link.
To ensure that your incident is resolved quickly, when creating an incident, please choose Account Mangement in the Category section. Please include your PlayStation ID and e-mail address.
If you are experiencing difficulties when trying to log in to the Skate Reel site, then please try logging out, clearing your cookies, refreshing your screen, and then logging back in using your account name/e-mail address and password.
