i tried to add new persona but it wouldnt let me. it said somthing about it was for older ea games after i didnt p...

It didn't work. i typed in my gamertag and nothing showed up. Is there any way I can make a new EA account?

As for getting in touch with EA Advisors for managing you account. It is all for your own security, so no one, but yourself is able to get a hold of your account and all your private data. And sometime it can be really nice to chat with our support guys, they all gamers too, you know. 🙂
