My problem isn't as bad as yours, but I think I may have two accounts, I just use my XB1 Gamertag for BF1. However, my unique username was taken when I was forced to make an EA account (PocketsDude) I have never seen another person take my user. I dont understand why I have also been waiting for over 30 minutes for a reset password email. I am beginning to think EA doesn't care about their customers as I can't find a single answer to my problem. It's a shame, cause they make great games, but then just link us to pages with responses that dont help. EA, maybe hire reps that can do more than copy and paste. I'm getting annoyed trying to find an answer to my problem.
I actually figured this out. ORIGIN access is on the PC, EA access is on the Xbox one. It's literally the same exact thing, just a different platform. I actually canceled my origin and switched to ea and it's working perfect. Actually ea is cheaper, because you can either pay $5 a month (same price) or $30 right there (half the price).
