I've been on 2 live chats to recover my account. They stated that I have to keep changing advisors to have another go at opening my account back up. Though the advisors ask the same questions how am I supposed to give different answers? How do I know what the hacker has changed? They have no clue and clearly don't care going by how long this issue has been going on.
