Add Skate 3 to EA Play again

Just joined EA Play. Can you add Skate 3 to EA Play again? The page says it should be there https://www.ea.com/games/skate/skate-3 . I realize it comes and goes. Please add it again. Will sign up for annual membership if Skate 3 is added.
