This is caused by a problem with the Date of Birth on your Xbox LIVE account, which was entered during registration.

Hmm, that shouldn't be as my age on my account is 58 years old. I did some researching and I discovered that a fix was to allow content sharing in the xbox preferences. I tried that but I could not find the menu.
I see, I believe you are referring to the NAT Settings then.
You can try date: NAT Settings
Please let us know how it goes. I was convinced this error message was related to the date of birth but I might be wrong.
