I have checked your Game Account.
I don't see the Share Pack registered, it's missing.
Can you tell me if you have downloaded and installed the share pack*?
*The share pack is a free DLC for skate 3 available in your console's store.
- I spent twenty dollars on Skate 3 only to find it having the same problem as with Battlefield Bad Company 2. I would like an explanation of why I can't do anything, even after doing everything to fix it. My gamertag is Mason The Wolf. If you would like to give me useful solution, let alone an explanation I will gladly not hang myself for wasting my friends money.

- I am having same issue with both battlefield 4 and need for speed shift... EA what is going on!!! This has been happening to me since just before Christmas 2014 and is now seriously annoying to the point of considering not buying anymore EA games. This is on Xbox 360.
This is not the same issue as the one with Skate 3 but for Need for Speed Shift you can try the workaround here.
For Battlefield 4 you should then post in the Battlefield 4 forum here.
- I've downloaded the share pack, linked my accounts, cleared my cache, reconnected to Xbox live, etc. and still I cannot connect to your server. I spent 20 dollars on this on the Xbox live market place to play with people. Please fix this problem so that we can enjoy this game.

alright my account is linked to origin but i cant play online seriously this is annoying please fix this i just wasted $20 ive done everything youve said and still doesn't work my gamertag is Elit3 Void

I found the fix! It clicked when the EA play app did not even open for me, as well as any other EA games online service was not working, even for new games like Burnout remastered.
Follow this video, basically log in to your EA account at ea.com (top right) and click from your profile there, unlink your Xbox One account. Restart your console, start Skate 3, and you'll connect!
