I have checked your Game Account.
I don't see the Share Pack registered, it's missing.
Can you tell me if you have downloaded and installed the share pack*?
*The share pack is a free DLC for skate 3 available in your console's store.
I am having same issue with both battlefield 4 and need for speed shift... EA what is going on!!! This has been happening to me since just before Christmas 2014 and is now seriously annoying to the point of considering not buying anymore EA games. This is on Xbox 360.
This is not the same issue as the one with Skate 3 but for Need for Speed Shift you can try the workaround here.
