cant connect to EA Nation on skate 3

Hello. for a while now i havnt been able to log into EA nation, every time i start the game it saids that there is a error and to try again later and when i try to upload a clip it saids the same thing. i was just wondering if they have shut the servers down or if there acually is a error. im playing on ps3 if that helps.
