Can't connect to EA server xbox 360 on skate 3

sorry what is an online pass and what exactly do i have to re download, i have owned this game on cd for many years. i have not downloaded it. and i have re downloaded all my add on packs, and it has not changed

Online Pass stands for the share pack Add-on in skate 3.
With this add-on you can use many features.
You do have one installed in your account, but I guess you have since you got the game.
It's possible that you need to re-install it and re-download a new.
It's available for free and generally listed under Add-on or DLC for skate 3 in your console's store.
