I keep getting the same error message anyone know how to fix this?

To fix the problem with not connecting, follow these simple steps: Go to Xbox Dashboard and scroll over to Settings;then click on System and then Storage. Click on the storage device of your choice (The one you use to save stuff on)and go down to System settings, click on that, then delete the very top file (this should say ( System Cache ) if you do not have thisjust go onto skate 3 and spawn in then go back to dashboard. Once you have deleted the file you can go on skate 3. I hoped this worked for you.. -FG Pepsii

@maskedmanjax The game is not listed on your EA account (the one you are posting with.) Do you have a different EA/Origin account? What is the platform you are playing on?

This has also happened to me, i cant seem to connect to anything on the game, and i cant download community parks, see other user teams and see their profiles and can not skate online. Please Help. Really Please Help

ok and im trying to view a team who have created a skate park, but when i search for them it has error message " Problem connecting to EA Online Service "

i also CAN NOT download any community parks, My NEWS Feed at the beggining of the game does not load up anymore, have another error message. i can play online but i am wanting to download parks,
