cant open skate 3

Question

hi. I bought skate 3 a couple of years ago (for the xbox 360), and but I've now switched over to xbox one. it was working fine using backward compatibility, but now it just suddenly wont open. no message pops up, just my xbox making the same noises continuously. someone told me to delete the game and reinstall it. although this did work for a bit, by the time i opened the game again i got the same result as before; and now deleting and reinstalling doesn't work anymore. Any idea on how to fix this??

p.s. I have a disc version.

Persistent Storage&nbsp;

Go to&nbsp;settings&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Select Device &amp; Connections&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Then Blue-Ray&nbsp;
 Select&nbsp;Persistent Storage&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Clear Persistent Storage&nbsp;

Alternate Mac:&nbsp;

Go to&nbsp;settings&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;General &nbsp;&gt; Then&nbsp;Network settings&nbsp;
 Go to&nbsp;advanced&nbsp;settings &gt;&nbsp;Alternate&nbsp;Mac&nbsp;address&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;clear&nbsp;
 Select restart&nbsp;

@smabulok12   To confirm are you having the exact same issues as OP? do you get any messages or error messages when selecting the game to start?

i’m on ps3 i haven’t opened the game in 5 years i bought a new disc recently and it either crashes when i get into it but mostly it loads endlessly&nbsp;
