Confusion of Skate. Playtest RSVP

I think that I followed all the instructions correctly, but now I can't access the portal. Are EA able to confirm that my RSVP was received correctly?

like I get you want to encourage multiplayer but some people want to play the game alone and its so discouraging getting punished for no reason.
