Hi EA i live in dubai u.a.e and i have bought danny ways Hawaiian dream dlc in the playstation store but when I go to the game and press square to get the downloadable content it always says there is no downloadable content available for which you are eligible. but i have bought the dlc could you please answer my question because i am really confused why it is says that all the time thanks

For users who are unable to access their DLC, it could likely be due to the PS3 region locking downloadable content.
What this means is that players who purchase DLC from a different region than that of their Game Disc will be unable to access their DLC from within the game.

I've been trying to open DLC from "Career > Main" (by hitting square) and it says "Scanning for downloadable content..." and I wait for a while.
Then the computer tells me that "There is no downloadable content available fro which you are eligible. I live in Iceland. I got this game as a
christmas present from my parents a while back. I've finished the game two times if I remember correctly and I'd like to play it a bit more, that is
play some DLCs... Why is this happening? They actually bought the item in Elko (Local electronics store) what is the problem?
