Dlc on xbox series x

Where do i buy dlc for xbox series x

I cant find any... i tried changing my country to the United States and then i could find the dlc but couldn’t pay for the paid ones because I didn’t have a United States card.

      @Real_JellyfishJ When it comes to where to purchase them, I am not aware of any digital card to purchase and redeem so the place would be through the console store. WIth the move to a new generation, there could be a few reasons why you can't. If there are any updates or changes I will post back here to update you and anyone else who may be having this issue.
