Our products often times require you redeem a Code in order to access DLC, your Online Pass, or even your game itself. If you're confused about how exactly to redeem your codes, just follow the directions that match your gaming setup below:

Xbox 360 - Redeeming Bonus Content (DLC)

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller and sign in with your Xbox profile.

2. Go to the Marketplace tab and select "Redeem Code" 
   
3. Insert your DLC Code and follow the download instructions. 

PS3 - Redeeming Your Online Pass Code or DLC (same process)

1. Sign in to the PlayStation Network 
   
2. Once you've signed in, choose Account Management
   
3. Choose Redeem Codes
   
4. Enter the code you are trying to redeem
   

PC Physical - Redeeming Bonus Content (DLC) 

1. Ensure you have the Origin client installed, and log in into Origin with your Origin Account (EA) 
2. Click on the Origin menu and select "Redeem Product Code" from the drop-down.
   
3. Enter your DLC Product code.
