Flip it, Flip it Good BUG

I've recently decided to play Skate 3 on my Xbox One. I'm currently 95% done with everything but there is one part of the Mega Skatepark 'Own The Lot', that is bugged. The objective that is bugged is to 1,000 point body flip the gap. I've been trying over and over again and for some reason, even when I get a 4,000 point body flip, it doesn't register as completed. I've watched countless videos on this specific part. I've even read in another forum that someone else is having the same issue I am. Below you will see photo evidence that it just simply will not register as completed. I tried to upload a video but the file was too big.
