Hard Stuck ( shop not accessible)

Got into the main city with no mapping. Current task is to go to the shop, now stuck without being able to accessing the shop ( the shop is lock ) and now can’t progress the game at all ( Can’t start level up ). Not being able to play with my friends, unable to be invite to the session. I tried restarting the game about 6 times. As well as uninstalling and reinstalling about 3 times.
