How come I can't create my own Logo in Skate 3?

I want to make my own logo and put it on my Character but it doesn't seem to let me create one. I went to YouTube on how to create a Logo but the Video was posted 3 years ago and the Skate 3 website ...

why is own the lot only co-op
like I get you want to encourage multiplayer but some people want to play the game alone and its so discouraging getting punished for no reason.
