How to change EA Nation account details

I have recently changed my EA Nation password as I forgot it, but my Skate 3 has the old password saved as the password to my EA Nation account. Now I can't play online as I can't seem to find how to change what the password I login with is. I would really like to know if it is possible to change it since it would have wasted my money.
